Who we are

What these terms cover

Every quotation, invoice and payment link from SeenSilver. If a quotation says something different, the quotation wins for that job.

The work

We do what your quotation or package lists, with the number of revisions stated on each line. The work is produced with AI assistance and reviewed by James before it reaches you.

No guarantees on results

We do the work carefully and report plainly. We do not promise a search ranking or that an AI assistant will mention your business.

Paying

• Packages: pay 6 months upfront for the price of 5, or pay monthly over the 6 months.
• One-off work is paid in full when you order. We start once the payment is in. A quotation is valid for 14 days.
• You can pay by bank transfer or through our secure payment page. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or keep your card details.
• Google Ads spend is paid by you directly to Google. It is not part of our fee. You also pay hosting, your domain name and paid tools directly.
• Payments are not refunded once made.

Monthly packages

Monthly packages run for a minimum of 6 months; the remaining monthly payments stay due if you stop early.

Late payment

If a payment is more than 14 days late, we pause the work until it is paid.

What we need from you

Your content and photos, and access to your existing site or accounts where relevant. We never ask for your passwords.

What you own

Once paid, the website pages, texts and images we make for you are yours. Our own tools, templates and methods stay ours.

Privacy

We use your details only to do the work and to send invoices. See our privacy notice.

Law

These terms follow the laws of Malaysia.
